Timeline & Delivery

  • Delivery Schedule: Project timelines are estimated and may vary depending on project complexity and client response time.
  • Delays: 7 Sync Technologies is not responsible for delays caused by late submissions, third-party issues, or unexpected circumstances.

Fees & Payment

  • Payment Terms: Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule mentioned in the invoice or proposal.
  • Advance Payment: A partial advance payment may be required before starting the project.
  • Late Payments: Delayed payments may result in project pauses, delayed delivery, or additional charges.
  • Additional Work: Any work outside the approved project scope will be billed separately.

Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All project files, concepts, and designs remain the property of 7 Sync Technologies until full payment is received.
  • Usage Rights: Upon complete payment, the Client receives the rights to use the final approved deliverables.
  • Portfolio Rights: 7 Sync Technologies reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.

Third-Party Services

  • External Tools: The Client is responsible for costs related to third-party tools, plugins, hosting, domains, APIs, or licenses unless otherwise agreed.
  • Compatibility: 7 Sync Technologies is not liable for issues caused by third-party software or updates.

Confidentiality

  • Privacy: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during the project.

Termination

  • Project Cancellation: Either party may terminate the project with written notice.
  • Completed Work: The Client must pay for all completed work and expenses incurred before termination.
  • Refund Policy: Payments made for completed milestones or delivered work are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

  • Liability: 7 Sync Technologies shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

Support & Maintenance

  • Support Period: Free support will be provided only for the duration mentioned in the project agreement.
  • Maintenance: Ongoing maintenance and updates may require a separate maintenance plan or agreement.

Governing Law

  • Jurisdiction: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Gujarat, India.

Changes to Terms

  • Updates: 7 Sync Technologies reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
